Küçük hamamın bitişiğinde Selçuklu mimari tarzında yapılmış olan cami, 1297 yılında Selçuklu Sultanı II. Mesut tarafından cami olarak yaptırılmış, Osmanlı padişahlarından II. Mahmut'un eniştesi ve veziri Yörgüç Paşa'nın oğlu Amasya Mustafa Bey tarafından tamir ettirilmiş ve bunun üzerine de Yörgüç Paşazade Mustafa Bey adını almıştır. 1979 yılında bazı yerleşkeleri yenilenmiştir. Milli Mücadele yıllarında 30 Mayıs ve 6 Haziran mitingleri bu camide başlamıştır. Restore edilen cami, halen geçmişini yaşatarak hizmet vermektedir. Kaplıcaların bitişiğinde bulunması nedeniyle, kaplıcalar camii olarak da anılmaktadır.
The mosque, built in Seljuk architectural style next to the small Ottoman hamam, was built in 1297 by the Seljuk Sultan Mesut II. Since it was repaired by the order of Vizier Yorguc Pasha, the mosque was labelled his name. Some sections of the structure were renovated in 1979. During the years of the Independence War, 30 May and 6 June meetings started in this mosque. The restored mosque still serves to the society.

La mosquée, construite dans le style architectural seldjoukide à côté du petit hammam ottoman, a été construite en 1297 par le sultan seldjoukide Mesut II. Depuis qu'il a été réparé Vizir Yörgüç Pacha, la mosquée étiquetée avec son nom. Certaines sections de la structure ont été rénovées en 1979.
